Examples may include issues arising from:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Improper fitting

  • Defective workmanship

  • Installation-related defects

The warranty does not automatically cover damage caused after installation by misuse, third parties, accidents, or changes made to the completed work.

Materials supplied by Prime Enterprises may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

This may include certain:

  • Hardware

  • UPVC profiles

  • Glass products

  • CCTV equipment

  • Electrical components

  • Other manufactured products

Manufacturer warranty terms may differ from Prime Enterprises’ workmanship warranty.

Where a material is covered by a manufacturer, the applicable manufacturer terms may determine the extent of warranty coverage.

The warranty generally does not cover damage or problems caused by:

  • Improper use

When submitting a warranty request, provide:

  • Customer name

  • Contact number

  • Project location

  • Invoice or order details, if available

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs or videos, where possible

Providing clear information helps us understand the issue and arrange an appropriate inspection if required.

9. Inspection of Warranty Claims

Prime Enterprises may inspect the product or completed work before approving a warranty claim.

An inspection may determine:

  • The cause of the issue

  • Whether the issue is covered by warranty

  • Whether repair or replacement is appropriate

A warranty claim does not automatically mean that repair or replacement will be approved.

10. Repair or Replacement

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, Prime Enterprises may, depending on the circumstances:

  • Repair the affected work

  • Replace the defective component

  • Provide another appropriate solution

The method of resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and material availability.

Replacement materials may have reasonable differences in colour, finish, or manufacturing batch.

11. Third-Party Products

Some products used in a project may be manufactured by third-party companies.

Examples may include:

  • CCTV cameras

  • Electronic equipment

  • Hardware

  • Electrical components

Such products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Prime Enterprises may assist customers with the warranty process where appropriate, but the final warranty decision for third-party products may depend on the manufacturer or authorised supplier.

Warranty coverage for CCTV cameras and related equipment may depend on the product manufacturer.

The warranty generally does not cover issues caused by:

  • Internet failure

  • Network problems

  • Power fluctuations

  • Physical damage

  • Improper use

Prime Enterprises will not be responsible for indirect losses resulting from a warranty issue, such as:

  • Loss of business
