  • Quantity
  • Fabrication requirements
  • Manufacturing time
  • Project location

Many products supplied by Prime Enterprises are manufactured, fabricated, or prepared according to customer requirements.

This includes products such as:

  • Aluminium Windows
  • Aluminium Doors
  • Glass Partitions
  • Toughened Glass
  • Fabricated Structures

  • PUF Panel Cabins
  • Portable Cabins

Production or fabrication may begin after order confirmation and completion of applicable payment requirements.

The delivery time for customised products may be longer than for standard products.

4. Order Processing

An order may be processed after the following requirements are completed:

  • Quotation approval
  • Finalisation of specifications
  • Confirmation of measurements
  • Approval of drawings, where applicable
  • Receipt of the required advance payment
  • Purchase order, where applicable

Delays in receiving approvals or required information may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery or transportation charges may depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Distance
  • Product size
  • Product weight
  • Vehicle requirements
  • Loading and unloading requirements

Delivery charges may be included in the quotation or charged separately.

The applicable charges will be communicated before the order is finalised.

6. Transportation

Products may require different types of transportation depending on their size and nature.

Large or heavy materials may require:

  • Special vehicles
  • Loading equipment
  • Unloading equipment
  • Additional labour
  • Lifting equipment

Any special transportation requirement may result in additional charges.

7. Customer Responsibilities Before Delivery

The customer should ensure that the delivery location is accessible before the scheduled delivery.

The customer may be responsible for ensuring:

  • Suitable vehicle access
  • Clear entry and exit routes
  • Adequate unloading space
  • Safe access to the project site
  • Required permissions
  • Availability of site personnel, where necessary

Delivery delays caused by restricted access may result in additional transportation or waiting charges.

8. Loading and Unloading

Loading arrangements may depend on the product and project.

Unloading requirements should be discussed before delivery, particularly for:

  • Large glass panels
  • Industrial shed materials
  • Portable cabins
  • PUF panels
  • Heavy fabrication materials

Where cranes, forklifts, hydras, or other lifting equipment are required, the responsibility and cost will depend on the agreed project terms.

9. Delivery Delays

Prime Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeline.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances such as:

  • Material shortages
  • Supplier delays
  • Transportation problems
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic restrictions
  • Site access issues
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Pending payments
  • Government restrictions

Prime Enterprises will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

10. Partial Deliveries

In certain projects, materials may be delivered in multiple stages.

Partial delivery may occur due to:

  • Large project size
  • Different production schedules
  • Material availability
  • Site requirements
  • Installation planning

Where practical, the customer will be informed about the delivery arrangement.

11. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect delivered materials when reasonably possible.

Any visible shortage or damage should be reported promptly.

The customer should provide relevant information, such as:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs or videos
  • Details of damaged or missing materials

Prompt reporting helps us review the issue and take appropriate action.

12. Damage During Transportation

Prime Enterprises takes reasonable care while handling and transporting materials.

If a product is damaged during transportation arranged by Prime Enterprises, the matter will be reviewed based on the circumstances.

The customer should report visible damage as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Damage occurring after the material has been accepted, unloaded, or handled by another party may not be the responsibility of Prime Enterprises.

13. Delivery to Third-Party Locations

If products are delivered to a location managed by a contractor, transporter, warehouse, or another third party, the customer should ensure that an authorised person is available to receive the delivery.

Prime Enterprises may treat delivery as completed once the materials have been delivered to the agreed location and received by an authorised person.

14. Failed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled if:

  • The site is closed
  • No authorised person is available
  • Vehicle access is unavailable
  • Unloading arrangements are not ready
  • Required permissions are missing

Additional transportation, waiting, or storage charges may apply in such situations.

15. Installation and Delivery

For projects that include installation, delivery of materials and installation may occur separately.

For example:

  1. Materials may be delivered to the site.
  2. Fabrication or preparation may continue.
  3. Installation may be scheduled after site readiness is confirmed.

The delivery of materials does not always mean that the entire project has been completed.

16. Delivery of Portable Cabins and Large Structures

Portable cabins, PUF panel cabins, industrial shed materials, and other large products may require special delivery arrangements.

Before delivery, the customer may need to confirm:

  • Road access
  • Site entry width
  • Turning space
  • Height clearance
  • Unloading space
  • Lifting equipment availability

If the delivery vehicle cannot access the site due to conditions not disclosed before dispatch, additional arrangements and costs may be required.

17. Delivery Address

Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact information.

Prime Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Any change to the delivery address should be communicated before dispatch.

A change in delivery location may affect transportation charges and delivery timelines.

18. Storage of Materials

If materials cannot be delivered or installed because the site is not ready, storage arrangements may be required.

Additional storage, handling, or transportation costs may apply depending on the situation.

Customers should inform Prime Enterprises as early as possible if there is a delay in site readiness.

19. Delivery Completion

Delivery may be considered complete when the products or materials have been delivered to the agreed location.

For projects involving installation, final project completion may occur after the agreed installation work has been completed.

Any remaining work will be handled according to the approved project scope.

20. Changes to Delivery Schedule

Customers requesting changes to a confirmed delivery schedule should contact Prime Enterprises as early as possible.

Changes may be subject to:

  • Vehicle availability
  • Material readiness
  • Labour availability
  • Transportation schedules

A revised delivery date may be provided where possible.

21. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Severe weather
  • Strikes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Material shortages

Where such events affect delivery, the delivery schedule may need to be revised.
